Due To Family History  of  heart Disease  my Pc Required

Due to family history  of  heart disease  my pc required me to see a cardiac doc just for heart health check up ....Well the heart doc states the EKG shows sinus rhythm, left atrial abnormalities with question of anteroseptal infarct versus lead position with PR intervals 156 ms. QRS 78 ms., QTC 44 ms.   From there he proceeded to tell me he wants me to where a heart monitor..for 48 hrs and record any shortness of breath, discomfort, activity ect  in a journal ...as well as follow up test for a stress  test, echo test, lab work and a return follow up visit with him in 2 months.... and thats all he gave me for info....   Should I  be concerned. ...should I be careful  with activities  or daily life behaviors....my cbc is normal , my tsh t4 t3 are all normal, mycholesterol  is normal, I do run high for bp around  140/89...90 however I do take a statin for that. Im 46, 5'7, I am overweight  at 240, Which I am working on....I have celiac therefore I eat gluten free, I have not ate red meat for approximately 15 yrs or so, I do not drink carbonated  drinks (soda's, ect) thats been for 15 or more yrs as well....I am a chronic Water drinker, approximately  2-3 gallons a day , certainly not on purpose,  I am always very thirsty  and at times my skin will crawl, I'll  get weak and sweat feeling as though I'm  going to pass out if I dont get some water immediately  (even irratated ), I have a 32 oz cup I keep full of water all the time and refill it at least 10 times daily (but out side of an occasional  hot tea/coffee,thats all I drink all day)......I do like an occasional  hot tea/coffee. ...however Ive got alot of physical  impairment s inwhich prevent me from alot of exercises. ...I walk w/cane, I need a total knee replacement  on right knee set for 2 months from now as long as I get heart clearancee...Ive got peraphrial  neuropathy, moderate/severe spinal stenosis, severe osteoarthritis in knees, back, hips (as well as reoccurring bouts of bursa causing my hip to pop out of joint when walking)...degenerative joint/bone disease, chronic  pain,  RLS, TMJ, migranes, stress and depression from all the medical and doc appointments daily....I try to reduce my stresses with a bit of self meditation /yoga.....Also I should mention my sister passed of a massive  heart attack  at age 42, a sister has a-fib and another has micro valve prolapse and my dad has had angio plasty, ballon, angina, copd, bi pass, tripple bi pass, his first heart attack was at age 38, he has since passed from 4th stage lung cancer and had a stroke while in icu. I dont smoke, have a drink once and awhie (maybe once a month)...Im not diabetic,  but that does run in my family history along with, osteo, and rheumatoid , and another form of arthritis, degenerative  bone /joint disease , osteoporosis,  cancer (lung, breast, colon). Needless to say this is an in depth  history...but back to my original question. ...I am worried  and concerned  and want to know if the EKG findings should concern me or is it a common finding and just routine  follow-ups....Could you please shed some light on this...Im not sure I can go two months, stressing over this if its nothing, or is it something  and I should be taken some precautionary action.
